Holding the body, head, and neck erect and motionless; remaining firm; looking properly at one's own nose-tip; and not looking in different directions.

Shri Purohit Swami

Let him hold body, head and neck erect, motionless and steady; let him look fixedly at the tip of his nose, turning neither to the right nor to the left.

Holding the trunk, head and neck erect, motionless and steady, gazing at the tip of the nose, and looking not in any direction;
